Detonator Switch

This detonator switch is something that Wylie Coyote would love to get his hands on. It can be used to activate anything requiring a momentary switch, like model rocket launches, sound effects, or traps designed to catch a pesky road runner. The detonator switch consists of a plunger handle that activates a microswitch within the base when pushed down. The base contains two integrated AA battery holders that can supply power to an external circuit via the microswitch. These integrated battery holders are a remix from enif's Flexing AA battery holder with integrated spring, available on Thingiverse as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:456900 (thanks again enif for your great design!). The changes I made to enif's design for this application include raising the height of the "box" so that the top of the battery holder is flush with the battery. The detonator switch box is designed to look like it was constructed of wooden planks. There are now three designs of the box available: a plain top, one with the word "BOOM!" recessed in the front, and one for my Bug B Gone design at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1449658. Feel free to remix the plain top with any message or graphic you like. The attached PDF includes all the information needed to construct the detonator switch, including print settings I used.
