Hello, check out this fan model I put together! It was built using Maya 2018 - a very capable 3D computer animation, modeling, simulation, and rendering tool. My entire model consists of one UV layout and just one texture set. I applied the textures through the baking process in high resolution, so it's all PBR-ready for Unity 5 or Unreal Engine 4 without any additional work. By my count, the total number of Tris comes out to be 12,660.
