Here's a Single Print Treasure Chest that I designed for a single print with no support, featuring hinges included. The box is printed like packaging and can then be folded up. It's oriented to be printed on the inside of the box so any details can be added without support getting in the way. The hinges have a .3mm tolerance between the parts and require a little bit of force to make them movable. This model given here is blank, so go crazy and add any details you want on it. I recommend using zBrush or Meshmixer to add your details, but be careful not to damage the hinges or the tolerance will disappear.
