sketchfab
This model was developed as part of an internship project sponsored by the University of Catania (DICAR) and Liceo Artistico M. M. Lazzaro. Casa Lazzara, situated in Via De Felice, Catania, was constructed by Francesco Fichera in 1919. This small building features a modern style with two levels and a covered terrace that has been closed off today. Three distinct levels are connected via an outer double ramp staircase. The facade level slightly protrudes forward. Casa Mammana, located in Via De Felice, Catania, was built by Carmelo Aloisi in 1920. This building consists of two levels. The facade was created using a combination of plaster, light stone, and lava stone to produce a deco pattern. Casa Lazzara and Casa Mammana represent the first examples of Catanese Deco architecture.
