Detachable finger Guard adapter for citadel painting handles

thingiverse

The new citadel paint handles offer a significant improvement over the originals - their chunky design provides an excellent grip, making it easier to control the brush while painting small areas near the top of the model, such as delicate facial features. To overcome the limitation of the original handle lacking a finger guard, this updated version has been designed with a removable adapter that can be attached in two different configurations. To use it, simply unscrew the grip, insert either a single or double adapter part, and then screw the handle back together securely. Next, push a 3x5mm magnet into the top and bottom channels of the adapter, making sure to orient them correctly. Then, apply glue to the slot in the guard and attach one of the magnets. Alternatively, you can choose to glue the two parts together permanently, which will still allow for easy removal by unscrewing the handle.
