This is a DIY project for the Monoprice Modern Retro headphones that enables detachable cables. I used panel mount 3.5mm jacks and some Ethernet cable wire to make this modification. The example in the photos has been sanded and painted, but you can also print another one and install it on the opposite side to get a balanced signal output from your headphones.
