A badly damaged wooden cottage lies in ruins after a catastrophic explosion ripped through it, leaving behind only half of its former structure. Materials are not included, but UV's have been carefully done. Take a look at the preview images to see some sample renders I created using Octane - note that the materials used in these examples are not part of the original file. Each distinct section of the building is separated into individual objects, making it easy to isolate and work with each one separately. There are 11 unique components in total: debris, doors, drywall, floors, glass, interior, roof, roof tiles, wall planks, walls, and window frames. By separating loose parts, you can still work with each piece individually. Keep in mind that importing these files into your software may take a few seconds, depending on your PC's specifications.
