Destiny - Thorn Pistol V4.0 (Full Size) Further updated shells include three versions of v4.0 and four versions of v4.0. Parts, specifically shell 3 and shell 4, have been trimmed to fit better using: Thorn_Shell_3_V3.3.stl and Thorn_Shell_4_V3.3.stl. The original .blend Blender file is included. V3.2 Shell parts 3 and 4 have been thoroughly reworked along the top edge, splitting the front (Part 4) into two thorns. Gcodes used are now included. This is the most detailed Thorn pistol available for 3D printing without requiring £xx to use .stl's. Fully working parts include a trigger and barrel eject. A battery door has also been added for illuminating the model. This project is ongoing, with updates posted as they are completed. Thorn_Destiny_V1.5_DeZ.stl is a plate of all parts at version V1. Some parts may need minor adjustments to fit perfectly straight from the printer. The entire model is being refined to make it easier to print and assemble. Additional details are also being added to parts that require them. Main sections of the pistol are designed with dovetail joints, ensuring they remain secure once assembled. Additional items needed include: - Superglue for gluing. - A small spring found in biro pens. - M3 20mm bolts (next task is working on PLA pivots to eliminate these). - Four 5mm long screws for the battery box door.
