Destiny Hunter armor details

I needed to create several armor details to complete my Destiny (1) Hunter costume. This is a collection of the parts I designed, based on game art. Some of the parts in the picture were from other people's creations. Check them out here: armor greebles, armor buckles, hunter grenade holster Print Settings Notes: Make sure to check the model scale against what you're building. I used some of the parts multiple times, just scaled differently. Post-Printing Heat forming Several of the pieces are printed flat, but need to match the curves of foam armor or clothing. PLA can be carefully heated with a heat gun, then placed over the desired shape. Hold it in place with something besides your bare hand until it hardens. Texture can also be applied to the surface with this method. Surface finish I used XTC-3D for most of the smoothing. All parts were then airbrushed and weathered. Category: Costume
