Destiny ghost, my first 3D model is yours to try, but I warn you - this might not work perfectly since I don't have the means to test it out beforehand and verify that it'll print flawlessly. However, everything looks good on paper, so your mileage may vary. I deliberately designed this assembly to push-fit together for ease of construction, eliminating the need for complicated parts or additional hardware. To scale things correctly, I created mock-ups from card and perspex to get a realistic representation, ensuring that every aspect fits properly within your desired dimensions. For creation, I used Google SketchUp's powerful 3D modeling capabilities to craft this design, which is then easily exportable as an .stl file using their inbuilt tool. This means that any printer capable of handling .stl files should be able to successfully print out this intricate model with precise accuracy.
