A photorealistic 3D model of a common dessert fork with four tines is provided, entirely UV-mapped and smoothable using 3ds Max 2011 and V-Ray 2.40. This model comes with clean topology based on loops and quads, support edges for maintaining shape after subdivision, and sufficient details for close-up renders. It features unique and meaningful names for objects, groups, materials, and textures in a scene, has real-world scale (in centimeters), and a base at the World Origin (0,0) above the grid. The model provides non-overlapping UVs, is available in two *.max files with V-Ray and Standard materials, and includes a scene file with cameras and lighting setup for preview images. The exchange formats are provided with three levels of mesh subdivision, each in a separate file, and were rendered using the V-Ray renderer at level 2. The model is exported in various formats including FBX, OBJ, and 3DS, has a polygon count of 1086 vertices and 1084 quads (no tris or ngons), and measures W=2.4cm, L=16.8cm, H=1.8cm.
