Heavy duty desktop clamp vise with interchangeable grips. The vise can rotate for more convenience. The larger parts can all be printed at 0.2 just fine. The rest I highly recommend printing at a lower layer height especially the 2 bolts and screw. The pivot ball will need to be printed at 0.12 or lower. The following parts will need to be glued with epoxy (1 & 2, 4 & 8, 5 & 6). 7, 14 and 19 need to be made of TPU. This design is guaranteed to work down to 50% size though the bottom plate bolt may be a bit tight.Parts 1 & 2 are separated for a stronger print along the “grain" layers, to save on filament used for supports and for a cleaner overall print.UPDATE 9/16/23-Added a new grip design that incorporates both the previous designs into 1 and the pad to go with.UPDATE 12/17/23-Modified the main screw to have a notch in it for a retention washer so the vise will open and close as you rotate the main screw.-Added a new grip for holding circuit boards IMPORTANT!!!!I have been notified by many people that parts aren't slicing properly in Cura. The issue lies in how Cura deals with layers (adaptive layer width if I remember correctly) and as such isn't an issue with the files themselves. If you are having issues with slicing I highly suggest trying Orca Slicer which is what I use. There are no such slicing issues when using said slicer.
