Desk stands for the ever popular vintage Radio Shack Realistic Minimus 7 speakers. Disclaimer - the stand is of my own design and in no way associated with or endorsed by Radio Shack or its brands. Use at your own risk. The Minimus 7 is a compact vintage speaker with a cast aluminium enclosure, 3" bass/mid driver and a silk dome tweeter. Results are suprisingly good for an economical speaker of this size, even by today's standards, and modification guides exist to improve the sound quality further from the stock offering. There were several versions made over the years with different drivers and (one assumes) crossover arrangements. Mine are one of the early "made in Japan" models but these should work for any version assuming they kept the same mounting holes. I designed these stands to provide a stable base on the desk and give the speaker a slight tilt upwards (15 degrees) so they are more inclined towards the listening position. I am using a pair right now and they work well, the speakers are not prone to tip over or "wobble" on the desk. The base as printed has a little springiness to it, printing with more infill would provide a stiffer base, up to your taste, to my mind some amount of isolation is desirable. I was able to print these without supports and minimal cleanup was needed (I am using a glass bed, so the base came out very flat, results may vary). You will need 2 M4x12 (other lengths may work) button head screws to attach the stand to the lower mounting holes at the rear of the speaker.
