I recently upgraded my desktop lamp's mounting capabilities by replacing its clamping mechanism with a screwed base, as my ongoing project necessitates securing it to a table segment rather than relying on a traditional clamp that wouldn't fit in the available space. In order to accommodate this requirement, I created a custom design using Sketchup software, resulting in a hole approximately 15-16 mm in diameter.
