desktop CNC 3040 fixture
thingiverse
I have access to a Chinese 3040 desktop CNC machine and have created fixtures for securely holding wooden boards in place. The metal attachments I initially used did not meet my expectations. This design may also be compatible with the 6040 or the 3020 models. Keep in mind that due to its tight fit, the piece requires sanding after it's printed. The fixture is designed to securely attach an M6 nut and an M6 screw in place. **Print Settings:** **Printer:** I used my DaVinci 1.1 plus for printing these parts. **Rafts:** Yes, rafts were utilized during the print process. **Supports:** Yes, supports were generated automatically. **Resolution:** The print resolution was set to 0.3 mm. **Infill:** The infill percentage I used was 25%. **Notes:**
