This desktop cord holder or manager allows you to insert a standard USB or phone cable and lock those cables into the device (if you so wish, using a zip tie). It also includes areas on the bottom of the print that fit 1" square weights or friction pads. I recommend a 33% infill to provide enough stability to the posts, but it can easily be printed with less infill. (I've done 12-33% with success).
