I printed this at 0.40 mm layer through a 0.6mm nozzle. PETG is my goto, so I don't know how thermal shrink may affect other plastics. The holes are counterbored for an M3 x 0.5 x 8mm socket head cap screw. I removed the gold standoffs from the original PicoMate and used the threaded inserts on the board.
