Power supply for 3pin 12V PC fan. (Adjustable voltage from 3V to 28V) Requires 2 M3x4mm screws to hold the electronics. Charges the battery at 1A maximum. There are 2 led indicators visible from the side and bottom: Red = charging , Blue = Charged / waiting for battery BOM (Bill of material) Electronics: 1x Li-Ion 18650 battery 1x TP4056 Usb-C charging module 1x Boost Converter MT3608 (voltage booster) Mini digital display Voltmeter (28mm between holes) 2x KCD11 switch (10x15mm) 250V 3A 3 Pin connector (Arduino type) Uses a spring and a metal plate : metal plate size 13*11mm spring length 9mm (These plates can be obtained from electronic device containing a return between 2 batteries see photo "XXXXXXXX") Size once assembled (Lxhxp): 150x23x26mm /!\ Printing without support for "Bati.stl" and "Cover.stl" (supports are integrated). Parts requiring supports : "Spring.stl" , "Fixing PCBs.stl" STL file: 3Pin Holder-1.STL AntislideTP4056-1.STL Bati-1.STL Battery PLUS tray-1.STL Button_Voltage-1.STL Button_Voltage_Pin-1.STL Component_Subplate-1.STL Cover-1.STL Fixing PCBs-1.STL Spring-1.STL Assembly instruction: ----- Preparation ----- Solder the 4 wires to the 2 switches then pass the switches through "Component_Subplate.stl" Clip the digital display Voltmeter on "Component_Subplate.stl" having passed the 2 wires of the voltmeter through the rectangular hole. Make the remaining soldering by following the electrical diagram to connect the components. ----- Battery compartment ----- Strip 2 wires then wrap them through the 2 slots of "Battery PLUS tray.stl" & "Spring.stl" solder the wire on itself to maintain the loop. ----- Final assembly ----- See photo guide (Slides 1 to 6) and Photo "wiring diagram".
