DeskCycle 2 – raiser kit (parametric FreeCAD)

The DeskCycle 2 home trainer sits flat on the ground by default. Use these raisers to bring it up to a more comfortable height for a recumbent like pedaling position. You can choose from different sizes in FreeCAD by selecting the DCStuetze body and then choosing an entry in the Varianten option list. You can also add more lines to the configuration table in spreadsheet dim (or edit the values given). You should only need to edit values of height, length and base_width, the rest should fit.  Printed in PETG, 0.3 mm layer height, 4 perimeters, 10 % adaptive cubic infillI highly recommend to do a test print to check if the diameter fits tight to the frame before wasting a lot of material. 5 mm of the upper section are good enough, use sinking & negative volume(s) in your slicer to print what's needed for a test only.
