OK, I set up my Pi to run Octoprint, and wired it into the printer, and all was going well, until it slipped off the side of the desk onto the floor - twice. So I thought to myself, "this needs a thingie". So I knocked one together. It is simple, quick to print and does the job. I thought I'd share it. It loads to the screen on its side, which minimises the need for supports (only the legs call for them). It supports a pi case at the edge of a desk, and it has an extension that runs round onto the side of the desk too. It raises the Pi 16 (ish) degrees in the air at the front end, so that ventilation is improved, and it has a stop just before the edge of the table, to prevent the Pi from taking the dreaded dive. I printed mine in TPU for added grip, and stuck the support to the desk top(and side) with double-sided tape. You will notice that the Pi case is a contribution from Harryb1991- Thanks mate, a good design!
