Desk Stranding - IKEA Skadis mount

<p>Hello everyone!</p><p>Project is created for mounting this awesome lamp to IKEA skadis pegboard.</p><p>It has a few shortcomings (mostly cuz I didn't want to go after the required parts) but It just works.</p><p>As I wanted to minimize the number of supports I divided the handle into two parts (p1 and p2)&nbsp;</p><p>To stich them together u need 4x 15mm m3 bolts and 4x m3 nuts. Size of bolts is adjustable by leveling thickness of PART1 or PART2 &nbsp;(use thinkercad, fusion360 w/e, it's really easy)&nbsp;</p><p>REMEBER! The thicker part at mounting section of PART1 must be mounted on the most heavily loaded side (usually the bottom)&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PART 3 (important!)</strong></p><p>As I dont have long enough bolt to mount it to part1 I decided to use 2x m4 bolts and insert m4 nuts while printing. If u are in simillar situation, u need to use pause option, insert 2x m4 nuts inside and continue printing. If u have 35mm m3 bolt dont give a fuck, just Insert the screw and tighten the cap on the other side.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Cables:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Mount have hole for a cable. Try to guide it behind skadis for hiding it. Remeber to leave some slack for cable</p><h3>Printing instructions:</h3><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Material:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>PETG or PLA with high infill density.</p><p><strong>Layer height:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Adjustable, im using 0.2 but u can use 0.15 or 0.3 as well.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Supports:</strong></p><p>Only for PART2</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong></p><p>Im recommending 100% for "legs" of part2 and mounting section of part1, but anything above 50% should be ok.&nbsp;</p><p>for part3 use above 50% with triangle pattern.</p><p>Happy printing!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
