I devoted a considerable amount of time trying to optimize Walter's Vertical Laptop Stand for all my devices. I decided it would be significantly faster to laser cut something rather than struggle with the smooth, low profile, futuristic disc format. It meets my needs perfectly. This design is suitable for 3mm material. There are five slots: one inch, three-quarter inch, two half-inch, and quarter inch. It accommodates most devices, as evident from the picture.
