Desk-Sized Intamin Giant Drop Tower

I whipped up this sweet little model to show off California's Great America's new color scheme for Drop Tower, and I'm really digging the vibe they're going for with their latest design. It's supposed to resemble a giant redwood tree, those towering giants that are native to Northern California where the park is located. As someone who loves the nostalgia of retro amusement rides like this one, it's awesome to see classic attractions get some much-needed TLC. This model stands about a foot tall and should print just fine on most modern FDM printers with at least 100mm of Z-axis clearance. To bring it to life, simply print out the base piece, the bottom tower, and the top tower, then cap it off with a fancy paint job - and you'll have a cool conversation starter or a fun desk decoration that's sure to impress your friends.
