Desk Organizer

I needed a simple desk organizer that matched my living room's decor perfectly, so I created one myself. Scouring through local stores didn't yield any results, so I took matters into my own hands and designed something special. My creation consists of a cup with a sturdy tray base for stability and convenience. The wider surface area provides ample space to keep essential items within easy reach. A smooth filet along the outer edges makes it effortless to slide out coins, flat objects, or any other small items that need quick access. For those who need paperclips or metal accessories handy, I've designed an optional version with a magnetized compartment featuring a slight depression to keep them organized. If you're looking for the same magnets used in my design, I've included a photo of the ones I purchased. Alternatively, you can use any other size magnet by downloading the Fusion 360 archive and STEP file provided. I printed this desk organizer using Prusement Galaxy Black filament, resulting in an elegant finish that complements my family computer desk perfectly. The model requires no support material during printing, making it a breeze to create. If you want the filets and recessed paperclip area to be extra smooth, I recommend using a 0.1mm layer height or thinner than the 0.2mm used in the printed example.
