Desk Organizer
thingiverse
I designed my prototype with Tinkercad and came up with my cube prototype after realizing that organization is key to a successful school year. My design includes the things that students need on an everyday basis and is right at their fingertips, decreasing the chance that a student might misplace their items. An issue I faced was deciding what to add to my design and how to fit it in a limited space. If I could redesign my prototype, I would add a slot that would secure a phone in and increase the surface space. 3D printing would help strengthen my design as it would give me a tangible product that I could work with and understand the improvements I need to make. *If the pictures don't load on the screen, click thing files and download to view them.
