Here is a desk organizer drawer, flat, concealed, with exit stop, with generous measures to leave the phone for example.... It has a general thickness of 2 mm, I have printed it in ABS with 100% filling. It doesn't need support anywhere. The idea is to attach it with adhesive, but I've made some holes with chamfer to put some self-tapping screws in case you don't like it with adhesive. Inside drawer measures 94x185x23.
