Desk Organizer

thingiverse

This is a desk organizer with various compartments to help organize your stationary and hold your phone. Use Canvas’s paint and stamp tools to customize the print to your liking! 1) It is recommended that users print this model at 85% of the original size in order to decrease the weight of the transition tower and the model itself. A heavy transition tower and model may hinder the printing process. Another way to decrease the weight is by using a lower infill percentage, such as 10%. It is best to consider what items will be stored in your desk organizer and allocate an infill percentage accordingly. 2) This model was created to be customized using Canvas’s paint and stamp tools. To paint, the STL file in the ‘Objects’ viewer must be selected, followed by the paintbrush icon in the bottom left corner. Parts can also be stamped; however, the file would need to be sliced with KISSlicer. The STL of the flower and stamen can be added or discarded as desired, or printed separately (the flower and stamen cannot be shrunk a lot without facing deformation and missing parts). 3) For minimized bleeding of darker colours (such as dark brown, green, and purple) into lighter colours, it is recommended that users set the variable transition lengths to strong and increase the “maximum transition length” (Project Settings>Transition>Variable Transition Lengths). 4) Project Difficulty: 4/5 Stamp is credited to https://www.freevector.com/floral-vector-pattern-art#
