Desk Monitor Stand

Desk Monitor Stand

thingiverse

This is the 3rd iteration of a monitor stand design I created to raise my monitors ~10cm off the desk. The model is designed to fit with a piece of wood / mdf / similar on top - as shown in the image (TBA). Countersunk holes are present in the top of the stand to allow secure fixing of the actual shelf section. The design has a curve towards the centre to reduce the material required during printing and has been designed in such a way as to only require supports for the top rail with the countersunk holes to reduce waste. I made the shelf from 18mm MDF which I then primed and painted with plastikote spray paints. As a minimum you will need to print 2x Circle_v3 and (depending on the shelf length) one or more of the Circle_v3_mid files to be used as span supports. Will add finished pics once paint is dry!
