Desk Leg Headphone Bracket
thingiverse
Headphones bracket designed for easy attachment to the vertical sides of any desk, including those with small legs or no top sides. Unlike traditional hooks and brackets that attach to the top or underneath, this innovative design securely clamps onto the sides without requiring screws. I searched far and wide for a suitable solution but found none that fit my specific needs. My desk is small, with no space beneath it and no top sides to attach to. I was determined to find a way to clamp my headphones in place without damaging the desk or compromising its stability. That's why I created this straightforward design, which clamps directly onto the vertical sides of the desk leg using a simple bolt-and-bracket system. No screws required, just effortless attachment and removal. I hope you'll find this bracket as useful as I have. It's been a game-changer for my workspace, keeping my headphones organized and within easy reach. Some key features to keep in mind: * The bracket has a 45mm gap, making it suitable for widths of up to just under that measurement. * The bolt will screw down into the bracket, leaving a 10mm gap, accommodating widths of just over that measurement. When printing this design, be sure to use the following settings: * Perimeter shell count: 4 (for added strength and durability). * Recommended print orientations: + Print the bolt straight up, with the head facing down on the print bed. + Print the bracket as a "U" shape on the print bed, mirroring its intended orientation when clamped to the desk leg.
