Desk Lamp "The Arc" cnc/laser

This desk lamp is lit by the economical Ledberg Spotlight from IKEA, much like its dimmable counterpart. Its construction enables a wide reach, but to counterbalance this feature, some heavy objects must be used to weigh down the foot. I opted for an iron bar found in my workshop to achieve this. To position the switch optimally, I removed the plastic cover and milled a recessed pocket to accommodate it. The build consists of 6.5mm beech plywood and 4mm high-density fiberboard, both sourced from a desktop CNC machine by Stepcraft. The 'arm' component requires two cuts from the high-density fiberboard. For more inspiring projects, visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/.
