Desk Hutch Kit

This is a desktop "hutch" that I built to reclaim some valuable space on my computer/3D printing desk. It's designed to support a very heavy Roland speaker and a lightweight phone with ease. You'll notice zip ties holding 12v LED lights in place, but these aren't part of the actual build. My hutch is made up of four corner brackets (you'll need to print four) and six interlocking square pipes or tubes that you can also print. I've included a range of tubes from 60mm to 300mm for your convenience. To add some stability, I designed a "truss" that can be printed out as needed, rather than a solid surface. My specific hutch measures 125mm tall, 250mm long, and 110mm wide (60mm pipe + 25mm corner + 25mm corner + 4.. mm pipe diameter). The truss I'm using is designed to bridge a 60mm tube, but you can also use the included trusses for tubes of 60mm, 80mm, or 100mm. One thing that might improve your build is aligning the corners so that the layer lines are parallel to the surface. This way, the layers will be in compression and provide even more stability.
