<p>Hex array pencil holders inspired by GeekyFayeArt's hex modular copic marker stands.</p> <p><a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/45567-modular-vertical-honeycomb-copic-marker-stand">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/45567-modular-vertical-honeycomb-copic-marker-stand</a></p> <p>Stands 8 cm tall, tilts to a 30 degree angle for easier use. These nest back-to-back. They have side holders that can accommodate sharpeners, erasers, rulers, etc.</p> <p>The hex holes fit a 7.5 mm diameter circle. I have tested these with round PrismaColor and hex "Marco" color pencils.</p> <p>Versions include:<br/> 4x6 array (holds 24 pencils)<br/> 4x12 array (holds 48 pencils)<br/> 5x12 array (holds 60 pencils, or two for a 120 pencil set)<br/> 6x12 array (holds 72 pencils)</p> <p>Designed parametrically in Fusion 360.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Designed for printing with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.28mm layers.</p> <p>Hexes will have walls that are just over 2 nozzle widths thick.</p> <p>Make sure that it's plated so that the solid side is flat on the build plate.</p> <p>Printed on the Prusa Mini. Sliced in PrusaSlicer 2.3 alpha 3.</p> <p>I printed this with Sunlu "Gradually color" rainbow gradient silk PLA+ filament.</p>
