Desk Grommet with Hidden Cable Holder

Inspired by rishenius's Recessed Desk Cable Holder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4919644 I created my own version from scratch. The desk hole size is parameterized (the STLs are for 50mm which is just under 2") but parts of the model won't resize nicely if you change the size too much from that. (I'm new to Fusion 360 and originally designed and printed mine at 52.5mm) The grommet portion is meant to be printed upside down in vase mode, with a 2.4mm thick "bottom" and a .6mm wall thickness. The 2.4mm bottom thickness is critical as less will confuse the slicer because of the hole in the middle (at least Cura) and thicker will cover the opening because the model is solid starting at 2.4mm in order to be printable in vase mode. The insert is to be printed standing right side up (i.e. cable clips on the bottom). No supports are required (overhangs are 45 degrees.)
