Desk Clamp with Vertical Mounting Plate

I bought a tiny computer that had an optional mounting plate for attaching to a vertical surface. The only spot I could use that was the wall but that would have put it out of my reach for easy access to USB ports, power, etc. Instead I wanted a vertical mount attached to a desk clamp, which I couldn't find despite my best Google fu, so I designed this one. It has mounting holes every 18mm.
