I probably overthought this a bit, but the end result is pretty satisfying. You will need some small short woodscrews and a 6mm bolt of no great length to put this together. And grease also - as much as will fit into the working gears. I was surprised how much pressure I could put on this little thing. It will emboss any of the three designs included onto a fairly thick business card. I have also added a set of blank Dies in STL and Solidworks formats if you want to do your own designs. Please feel free to request another type - can't do OBJ, but I can do STEP. Solidworks offers two different types of STEP file, so clue me up. The housing, handle, and front can be PLA at 0.3mm res. Three walls and at least 30% infill. Gear and rack and shim need to be pretty tough, so I would recommend ABS with a finer resolution. Mine is made from PLA entirely, but I would expect more crush, and longevity from ABS. *** Screenshots are a bit squished - it looks loads better in real life.
