I'm feeling a bit off today, to be honest. My stomach has been doing flips and I feel like I'm going to be sick at any moment. I've tried everything to calm myself down - deep breathing exercises, meditation, even a hot shower - but nothing seems to be working. I just feel really anxious and overwhelmed right now.
