This project is the "Design Press Board Book Machine". The Press Board Book Machine is a tool found in the Printing Industry, which is used to help glue glue evenly from the offset printing layer on the paper that has been glued on the back and then affixed to the thick board material. Usually found in textbooks for toddlers. The function of this tool is to press the book so that the glue is even, neat and ready for the next process. The way this machine works uses a Pneumatic work system, where there is a toggle switch to control the Cylinder actuator up and down. The advantage of this tool is that the press process can be carried out alternately in the upper and lower positions, thereby increasing the efficiency and quality of pressing, as well as avoiding injury. Mesin Press Board Book adalah alat yang terdapat di Industri Percetakan, berguna untuk membantu merekatan lem secara merata dari lapisan hasil cetak offset di kertas yang sudah diberi lem dibagian belakangnya lalu ditempelkan ke material board yang tebal. Biasanya terdapat pada buku pelajaran anak balita. Fungsi dari alat ini menekan buku supaya supaya lemnya merata, rapi dan siap untuk proses selanjutnya. Cara kerja mesin ini menggunakan sistem kerja Pneumatic, dimana ada toggle switch untuk kendali aktuator Cylinder naik maupun turun. Kelebihan alat ini adalah proses press dapat dilakukan pada posisi atas dan bawah secara bergantian sehingga lebih meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pengepresan, serta menghindari cedera. Press Board Book Machine ini memiliki dimensi tinggi 1,5 meter, panjang 0.8 meter dan lebar 0.5 meter.Terimakasih :)
