A straightforward two-part carriage whip holder. The lower part features strategically placed drain holes that prevent water from accumulating around the bottom of the whips, and also serve as an effective way to secure the base to a board from above. This design is not suitable for use with whips that have bases exceeding 1 inch in diameter.
