design coffee table legs

I was determined to build a coffee table, but I was taken aback by the steep prices of commercial table legs. Often, they're identical, with no variation in design. I took matters into my own hands and designed them myself using my trusty classic 3D printer (model tray 22x22x25), an Alfawise U30 Pro that's proven to be reliable. In total, I spent just 17 euros on the project: 15 euros on wire and 2 euros on a 13x27mm wooden strip used to reinforce the feet. This is significantly lower than the initial prices of commercial legs, which ranged from 40 to over 100 euros. The foot consists of four distinct parts: 1. The top part that attaches directly to the printer tray (requires printing 4 pieces) 2. The low-angle section (also requires 4 prints) 3. The horizontal component (needs 4 prints as well) 4. A central crosspiece (a single print suffices) The design holds up well under weight, supporting a solid beech top measuring 64cm in diameter and 3.5cm thick for an impressive two months without any issues. When assembled, the legs stand at approximately 38cm tall (not including the printer tray).
