The base is crafted from robust wood through construction, providing a solid foundation. A custom plate adorns the front, precision-made through manufacturing and laser-engraved to showcase the school's logo and award name. The plate is then securely attached using high-strength adhesive. Meanwhile, the spiral and STC gearing components are 3D printed in-house on a Stratasys printer, utilizing support material that dissolves during printing. Once complete, both sections are carefully joined together with precision glue.
