Creating this dumbbell required precision, starting with a 12-inch by 35.4-inch base that serves as the foundation for the entire weightlifting tool. In Solidworks, I employed the Big Rim part, modifying it to seamlessly integrate with the custom handle I designed. To give the dumbbell its distinctive shape and substantial weights, I utilized two identical Big Rims, each expertly crafted to provide a smooth, even surface for lifting.
