Design Bedside LED Lamp

Hey Everybody, I'm super excited to share my brand new bedside LED lamp, and I'm going to walk you through every detail of how I made it happen. This was actually my very first try at printing something this big, and I'm thrilled with the result. It's a one-of-a-kind piece that you won't find just anywhere. First things first, let me tell you about the materials I used. The lamp is printed on my trusty Ultimaker Original Plus using high-quality PLA filament from Prima Filaments. Specifically, I used their PS-PLA-285-0750-DB PrimaSelect PLA Filament in dark blue, which came out looking amazing. Now, if you're interested in building your own lamp just like this one, I've got all the details right here for you. I bought everything I needed on Amazon, and I'll share those links with you below so you can easily find what you need. Just keep in mind that these links are courtesy of the Amazon Partner Network. Here are the exact products I used: * Prima Filaments PS-PLA-285-0750-DB PrimaSelect PLA Filament (2.85mm, 750g, Dark Blue) * OSRAM LED Base Classic B / LED-Lamp in Candle Form with E14 Socket / Not Dimmable / Replaces 40 Watt / Matt / Warm White - 2700 Kelvin / 3-Piece Pack * MAILUX E14-Lamp Holder with Cable | 2m Power Cord | Plug | with Switch | White | Renovation Fitting | Building Fitting | E14 Lamp | LED Compatible Now that you've got the materials, let's talk about how I printed this beauty. Here are my print settings: Printer: Ultimaker Original Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 15% Temperature Settings: * Hotend: 220°C * Bed: 60°C Printing Speed: 50mm/s As for the design, I'd love to share my construction files with you if you need them. Just let me know and I'll send them over in .step, .iges, or .sldprt format.
