The Indian Railways' lack of electrical sockets in Slipper coach and General Buggies compartments often leads to mobile phone discharge during long journeys. Smartphones have large capacity batteries, but their consumption due to social and music life is high. To address this issue, a wind turbine power bank has been created for charging mobiles while traveling on a train. The strong wind entering through windows and doors can rotate a small wind turbine with sufficient rpm and torque, driving a dynamo to charge small batteries. This portable, lightweight, weather-resistant design features a gyroscopic joint for adjusting to changing wind directions. It can charge mobile phone batteries, laptops, MP3 players, or power small electronics devices using eco-friendly energy.
