Update 20180925: Added new STL's with a lid and box with 2mm holes (it was bugging me) everything is interchangeable if you printed the 1.5mm holed version. I also modified the funnel by adding a pointy cone in the center, because with the flat center the desiccant was bouncing off of it, so i'm hoping this will reduce that problem. Original Post: I store all my filaments in Ziploc bags, some of the designs I saw either had holes too big for the reusable desiccant I bought, they didn't allow good air flow, or they were too large to fit inside the spools that own. I guess I could have taken the easy way out and bought some reusable tea bags (or re-scale the model), but what is the fun in that. Besides I wanted to learn how to make a screw top and also use the pattern commands in Fusion 360, so this was a great learning experience. There are three parts which is the screw top, the main desiccant box and even an optional funnel to help load the desiccant if you want to print it. Only the funnel needs supports to print. I printed everything out in one shot with eSun black PETG on my MK3. It would be optimal to print each part out separately and get a better finish with less stinging if you’re printing with PETG like I was. It took about 8 hours to print the three pieces, but I slowed it down to 60% for the first 6.5mm because my supports seem to get gummed up when I print too fast in PETG after that I bumped it to 100% I printed it with the default Prusa PET filament settings at .15mm Layer Height and 20% infill. I'm very happy with the result, but I kind of wish I made the desiccant holes 2mm wide (I don't want to fix it), but my MK3 killed it even with all the small holes. Also the threads worked perfectly!
