Desert Walls for Star Wars Legion
thingiverse
I ran the full wall and half walls through blender cleaning them up a little. I used the new V2 versions this time around. They printed out at .3 layer height with 10% infill, but they do feel a little light. You may also want to use some type of texturing technique on the walls to give them more depth. I only painted them using Bones' Desert Sand paint, which brought out their desert theme nicely. Final note is that the doorway had some minor issues with the arch, so I might add a version with support later. Now, I'm looking forward to printing the rest of the set soon. This project was my first attempt at learning TinkerCAD's ins and outs, and it turned out pretty well considering I'm still getting the hang of things. I remade GaleForce Nine's Galactic Warfare Battlefield in a Box set's "Desert Walls" terrain piece, which you can see here: https://www.gf9.com/Default.aspx?tabid=225&art_id=6065. I'm currently printing out another project, but as soon as it's done, I'll add some printed pictures to give you an idea of what they look like. These modular walls should be super useful for adding barriers to your legion games - use them as fake buildings, ruins, courtyards, alley ways, and so on.
