Panel lateral right of the baldaquin of Arco's Forks. We are facing a crafted piece, with certainty, between the 2nd half of the XV century and the 1st half of the XVI century, a time when most stone baldaquins were made in Galicia. Additionally, it is very similar to the one preserved in Santo Salvador de Meis, dated 1543 and containing the same scenes as this one from Arco's Forks, which could be a work from the same workshop. As can be seen, this scene represents Jesus' Descent of the Cross, supported by Mary, accompanied in the scene by Nicodemus and Mary Magdalene, with the Cross and miter in the background. Despite the small size of the sculptures, it contains details such as Jesus' legs hanging from the baleiro over the conopial arch. Currently, it is located on the patio of San Breixo Parish Church in Arco's Forks along with the remaining two panels (as if they were a retablo), an altar and a baptismal font.
