The 3D model originated in Sketchup 8 and seamlessly converted into multiple formats afterwards. Native files default as .skp, while the corresponding 3ds Max scene uses 3ds Max 2016 software with a Vray 3.00 render. This residence's current owners are long gone. Exterior surfaces still appear well-maintained, yet inside it lies in shambles. Luckily, a thorough cleaning took place. Renovation plans could very well be in the works here, ultimately contributing to the finishing of the project house as a result.
