This adapter enables connection of a standard Shimano derailleur to a bicycle featuring track-style dropouts. The component includes three small holes for attaching the derailleur hanger to the frame using #4-40 bolts. Note that it may not be an exact fit for your bike (originally designed for Motobecane Outcast 29er); verify compatibility by overlaying a photo of your rear dropout with the CAD drawing.
