Update 29.12.2018:
Version 1.1 of Skorpion where the duct mount was thickened and the duct outlet was shortened to be a little more far away from the heater block

Because the cooling on my A10M and A20M was not quite convincing, I designed this part with following concepts in my mind:

More silent 40x10 or 40x20 Fan instead of the two 30mm fans for the hotend

Better cooling with a radial 5015 Fan

To see better whats printing

Customisable

Good looking
The BLTouch has following X and Y offsets:
X= -38 mm
Y= +10 mm

Please consider leaving a TIP if you like it. Thanks in advance.

What you'll need:

Extra parts:
1x Axial 40x10 or 40x20 for the hotend
1x Radial 5015 for the Fan Duct / Part cooling fan
(the A10M and A20M is 24V machine so make sure the fans are 24V)

Printed Parts:
1x Part A+B(left+right mount) + Part C(duct) + Part D(FrontBit) + Part E(BLTouch optional)
1x recommended Hotend PCB Mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3195894

Mounting bits:
4xM3x12 for carriage
2 M3 screws for carriage
4xM3x16 for hotend (BLTouch + Fan Duct)
4xM3x16 for Hotend Fan (for 40x10 fan), and 4xM3x25(for 40x20 fan)

All the modifications you make to your printer is your own decision, I cannot be held responsible for damages what may result by this mod.

Special thanks for beta testing: Eric Beirnes, Irene Wolters, Jarno de Jong, Johann Podina, Kevin Goethals, Sammie Spencer

and David Petsel and Sven Beckum for some of the design ideas.

Print instructions

Category: 3D Printer Parts Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: Prusa Clone

Rafts: No

Supports: Yes

Resolution: 0.20 mm

Infill: 25%

Filament: fillamentum PLA for mount PETG for Duct
Notes:

Supports needed only for Part A + B + E (Slic3r PE settings in the pictures)

Fan duct(C) and front bit (D) doesn't need supports.

Post-Printing

Bought these insulating pad to insulate my hotend for maintaining the temperature.
