Because the cooling on my A10M and A20M was not quite convincing, I designed this part with several key concepts in mind: To achieve more silence, I opted for a single 40x10 or 40x20 fan instead of two 30mm fans for the hotend. This change also allows for better cooling using a radial 5015 fan. Furthermore, I wanted to make it easier to see what is printing, and the design had to be highly customizable. The BLTouch has specific X and Y offsets: X= -43 mm and Y= +30.7mm. Additionally, be sure to check out the spacers that are available online. To assemble this part, you will need the following components: Extra parts: 1x Axial 40x10 or 40x20 fan for the hotend 1x Radial 5015 fan for the Fan Duct/Part cooling fan Printed Parts: -Base -Front -PCF -BLT Mount (optional) 1x recommended Hotend PCB Mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3195894 Mounting bits: 4xM2x12 for carriage M3 Screws: 4x25mm, 2x10mm, 3x15mm(for BLT), and 2x-4x15/25m for the Fan 2x M3 nuts for the Partcoolingfan I highly recommend using a silicon sock on the hotend to prevent temperature errors. Special thanks go to Akos Wornerth for providing valuable input and hints. He also created a fan duct with the fan in front, which can be found online: https://www.thingiverse.com/redangel1984/about Edit: 26.12.2018 I fixed a small issue in the Fanduct model, making it Beta 4. Thank you for your feedback!
